WHAT IS RENUVA®?
Renuva® is a new volume-restoration technology that stimulates your body to regenerate its own fat. The minimally invasive, injectable treatment delivers the same effects as fat grafting without the need for liposuction or fat harvesting. It is also a natural alternative to injections of synthetic soft-tissue fillers.
As an early adopter of Renuva® technology, Dr. Hirmand is pioneering it's use in facial rejuvenation and facial volume contouring. Renuva is also used to correct volume defects on the body including cellulite dimples and liposuction dents.
Made from processed, donated human tissue, Renuva® is an adipose tissue matrix that contains key proteins and growth factors. Renuva® safely trigger fat creation only in the injected area and effectively treats:
- Nasolabial folds & marionette lines
- Cheeks & midface
- Temples
- Jawline
- Hands
- Cellulite dimples
- Liposuction dents
- Surgical scars
HOW IT WORKS:
The injection procedure is performed in-office with topical anesthetic. Like other soft-tissue fillers, Renuva® is safely injected into the skin using a needle or cannula. Though only one treatment is usually necessary, additional treatments may be needed to achieve full correction.
The procedure does not leave scars and has very little downtime; temporary redness, swelling or bruising may occur in the injected areas, which subsides within a few days.
THE RESULTS:
The skin of the treatment area will immediately begin to appear fuller and smoother, with final results visible around three months post treatment.
WHY RENUVA®?
Renuva® is a less invasive and quicker-recovery alternative to traditional fat grafting, eliminating the need for surgical fat harvesting. Unlike synthetic injectable formulas, Renuva is a natural biologic and stimulates your body’s own fat regeneration to improve volume deficiencies long term.
SAFETY:
An advanced screening process ensures that you receive the highest quality and safest tissue matrix. Every sample is subject to expertly designed sterility treatment and safety testing.
